Downsizing is a great idea in our overly consuming society. This could solve a lot of  affordable housing problems, especially for singles. We could even have \"small house subdivisions\". Then smaller homes built on the same lot for privacy, and sleeping ,It would be similar to a camp ground with a club house. We've  truly enjoyed the \" simple living\" concept while there on weekends and throughout the year.. whenever we can get away. </div><div style='margin-top: 7px;'></div><div style='margin-top: 7px;'>The greatroom includes our living, dining, kitchen areas with extra sleeping for guests or afternoon naps.  We  have a comfy bedroom and bath. There certainly is enough room and even have space to entertain another couple. It also saves on electricity for heat and cooling. Wish they had spaces for rent like this back in Illinois that is close in to cities without being 20 miles out in the country.</div>");
